What you will do

• Develop and maintain the overall architecture of the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs and industry best practices.
• Lead the design and implementation of integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP, LDAP, and SSO protocols.
• Perform hands-on configuration and development work to support key strategic initiatives and ensure high-quality solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and governance standards to prevent technical debt.
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security Team to build and maintain a robust security architecture.
• Provide expert-level technical mentoring to the implementation team and act as the final authority for platform decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise-level application design and architecture experience.
• 4-6 years of specific experience architecting solutions for ServiceNow or similar cloud implementations.
• Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, web frameworks, middleware, and high-volume web-based application design.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, and Workflow Data Fabric.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be able to work onsite in Duluth, GA.

Nice to have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA).
• TIL v4 certification.
