What you will do

• Design and scale a SaaS platform for early childhood state agencies and their operational teams.
• Build data tools and workflows that enable leaders to understand supply, demand, funding, and usage.
• Integrate government tools seamlessly with provider and family platforms.
• Deliver features supporting compliance, subsidy management, policy reporting, and real-time dashboards.
• Lead product demos and discussions with cabinet-level leaders and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with implementation teams and systems integrators to ensure performance.

Requirements

• Based in San Francisco and able to be in-office 3–5 days/week.
• Experience building or scaling complex enterprise SaaS platforms, ideally for regulated sectors.
• Deep technical fluency in engineering or product delivery.
• Experience working with or at systems integrators on public sector modernization projects.
• Experience writing or responding to RFPs and defining pricing and packaging.
• Comfort working with AI and LLMs to solve information access or data reporting problems.
