What you will do

• Define and execute the end-to-end data and AI platform strategy aligned with company priorities.
• Architect and scale a modern, reliable data platform using technologies like Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow.
• Lead the development of production-grade ML systems, including predictive modeling and generative AI.
• Build and scale a high-performing team of data engineers, software engineers, and data scientists.
• Translate AI capabilities into hirify.globale customer value and new revenue streams.
• Partner with Product and Science teams to integrate complex ESG regulatory frameworks into scalable data products.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 5 or more.
• Proven track record of shipping ML/AI-powered product features at scale in a SaaS or data-platform environment.
• Strong background in managing large-scale data projects and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration.
• Ability to work hands-on and coach engineers on AI-driven engineering practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate, sustainability/ESG, or cleantech sectors.
• Familiarity with ESG frameworks such as GRESB, GHG Protocol, ENERGY STAR, CSRD, or TCFD.
