Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do

• Monitor campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
• Track and manage campaign budgets to ensure alignment with allocations.
• Conduct campaign evaluations and audits to optimize services and internal processes.
• Develop project plans and KPIs to support strategic opportunities for labels and artists.
• Gather and organize campaign assets including press materials, images, and lyrics.
• Drive client adoption of company products, tools, and new features.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the music industry or a similar field.
• Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
• High attention to detail and proficiency in reporting and system navigation.
• Ability to work unconventional hours across time zones to support global markets.
