Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 USD

What you will do
- Monitor campaign progress, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with Relationship Managers.
- Track and manage campaign budgets to ensure alignment with allocations.
- Conduct campaign evaluations and audits to optimize services and internal processes.
- Develop project plans and KPIs to support strategic opportunities for labels and artists.
- Gather and organize campaign assets including press materials, images, and lyrics.
- Drive client adoption of company products, tools, and new features.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the music industry or a similar field.
- Must be based in New York and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in reporting and system navigation.
- Ability to work unconventional hours across time zones to support global markets.
Nice to have
- Background in music distribution.
- Fluency in Korean, Japanese, or Spanish.
- Familiarity with competitive analysis techniques and marketing strategies.
