What you will do

• Architect production-grade AI pipelines for voice-based healthcare agents, including RAG and multi-step reasoning.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to translate healthcare workflows into scalable AI experiences.
• Define the safety and evaluation standards for model observability and production readiness.
• Drive zero-to-one bets using SOTA LLMs and streaming architectures.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and raise the overall code and design quality bar.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in software, ML, or AI engineering.
• Proven track record of shipping AI/ML-powered products in production.
• Proficiency in Python, distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, vector databases, and RAG.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and modern DevOps practices.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLM-based multi-agent systems at scale.
• Expertise in speech recognition, TTS, or streaming architectures.
• Prior experience in healthcare or other safety-critical, regulated domains.
