What you will do

• Facilitate cross-functional requirements gathering sessions between Business Operations, IT, Security, and Compliance.
• Translate business rules and process flows into User Stories, System Process Flows, and Wireframes using JIRA, Azure DevOps, Miro, and Visio.
• Develop and maintain Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs) for mapping between source and target systems.
• Diagram current and future state business and system processes.
• Translate business use cases into API capabilities.
• Mentor and supervise junior Business Analysts.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences.
• Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Information Technology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Project, Visio, and Excel.
• Must be based in the US (salary range not applicable outside of the U.S.).

Nice to have

• Healthcare or Patient Services experience.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system experience.
