What you will do
- Develop and support global influencer strategies for product launches and evergreen campaigns.
- Partner with local markets to execute campaigns and ensure local relevance within global frameworks.
- Manage content and casting approvals in collaboration with internal stakeholders and license partners.
- Build and evolve influencer guidelines to maintain consistency across paid and organic activations.
- Support influencer integration across events, seeding, and key cultural moments.
- Collaborate with agencies to optimize campaign performance and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or advocacy within beauty, fragrance, or luxury retail.
- Experience supporting global campaigns and working across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of paid and organic influencer activations.
- Experience creating content briefs and managing brand governance frameworks.
- Must be based in New York, NY to comply with hybrid work policy.
Nice to have
- Experience with luxury or prestige brands and hybrid fashion/fragrance backgrounds.
- Deep understanding of the creator economy and current cultural trends across platforms.
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Traackr or Tribe Dynamics.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
