What you will do

• Develop and own the editorial calendar for LinkedIn and YouTube, creating recurring high-impact content formats.
• Conduct biweekly sessions with the Founder to extract insights and transform them into scripts and posts.
• Write or ghostwrite 4–5 LinkedIn posts and 1–2 YouTube scripts per week in the Founder’s authentic voice.
• Direct a creative team of videographers, graphic designers, and editors to ensure premium output.
• Analyze engagement data and pipeline attribution to iterate on winning content formats.

Requirements

• Proven experience building audiences around founder-led brands specifically on LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft high-converting hooks and clear narratives.
• Strategic mindset to align individual content pieces with a larger brand positioning.
• Deep fluency in LinkedIn and YouTube algorithms and engagement patterns.
• Ability to work with conversion metrics and statistical A/B testing concepts.
• Must be based in Argentina.

Nice to have

• Experience creating content for technical B2B or SaaS audiences.
• Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing.
• Demonstrable track record of organic audience growth.
• Knowledge of video production structures, including thumbnails and cold opens.
