What you will do

• Develop and manage content plans based on SEO analytics and market trends.
• Oversee the creation and regular updates of articles to ensure high quality.
• Review and refine content to align with brand Tone of Voice and Google E-E-A-T standards.
• Optimize on-page SEO elements, internal linking, and metadata.
• Analyze performance metrics like traffic and conversions to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage remote writers and freelancers, including onboarding and task assignment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Content Manager in IT or product companies.
• Proven experience managing remote writers or freelance teams.
• Advanced or strong Upper-Intermediate (B2) English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools like Ahrefs and Semrush.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in Health & Fitness or YMYL industries.
• Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for content workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and graphic editing tools.
