What you will do

• Lead and supervise a team of Vehicle Safety Operators (VSOs) during live on-road testing operations.
• Own shift execution by coordinating people, vehicles, schedules, and operational priorities in real time.
• Line manage VSOs, providing regular documented performance feedback and professional support.
• Serve as the operational point of contact for selected OEM and partner activities.
• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate operational reporting, incident documentation, and shift handovers.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.
• Proven experience as a team coordinator in fast-paced environments such as mobility, logistics, transportation, or aviation.
• Full clean driving license with at least 8 years of driving experience in Japan.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across frontline and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment in high-pressure operational environments.
