What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing team of SEO/AEO associates.
• Define and drive the global SEO/AEO strategy to increase acquisition, pipeline, and business growth.
• Implement AEO frameworks to optimize visibility in AI-generated answers and conversational search.
• Influence product, IT, and content roadmaps to prioritize search impact across the organization.
• Establish measurement frameworks and reporting dashboards for SEO and emerging AI visibility metrics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SEO experience with strategy ownership in enterprise environments.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing digital marketing teams.
• Deep expertise in technical SEO, search algorithms, and AI-driven search features.
• Experience with AEO/GEO concepts and entity-based discovery.
• Proficiency with platforms such as BrightEdge, Ahrefs, STAT, Google Search Console, and GA4.
• Must be based in the US (Stamford, CT; Fort Myers, FL; or Irving, TX) to support a hybrid work model.
