What you will do

• Define and maintain global content governance standards, publishing workflows, and stakeholder approval processes.
• Act as the primary business stakeholder for the CMS platform (AEM) and maintain all supporting documentation.
• Drive the strategy for integrating AI and automation into content operations to increase speed, scale, and consistency.
• Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor content effectiveness, engagement, and SEO performance.
• Partner with UX, WebOps, QA, and development teams to ensure seamless delivery and resolution of content issues.
• Lead and develop a team of content operations professionals to foster a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital content operations, web content governance, or content strategy.
• Proven track record of managing content across international markets.
• Strong proficiency with AEM or similar enterprise CMS platforms.
• Deep understanding of content design, accessibility, SEO, localization, and UX best practices.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for automation and operational efficiency.
• Must be based in or be able to work from one of the specified US office locations.
