What you will do

• Handle high volumes of live chat and support tickets across assigned language queues.
• Identify and evaluate customer needs to deliver timely and accurate resolutions.
• Manage complaints and provide comprehensive information on platform features and products.
• Support feedback collection for workflow, SOPs, and internal tool improvements.
• Participate in the validation and testing of AI bots and automation workflows.
• Engage customers to ensure a best-in-class service experience.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Slovenian
• 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience.
• Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle moderately technical queries.
• Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts and familiarity with AI-powered tools.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with bot validation, testing, or SOP/tool quality review.
• Knowledge of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
