What you will do
- Perform written communication with corporate customers and business partners.
- Investigate and resolve customer claims to improve service quality.
- Liaise with carriers and internal departments to coordinate the resolution of customer issues.
- Negotiate the return of defective goods with vendors.
- Operate within a dynamic international environment during standard business hours (Mon-Fri 10am-7pm).
Requirements
- English: B2 level required.
- University degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Work experience in customer support, service, or data entry is considered an advantage.
