Salary: $112,710.00 - $183,140.00

What you will do

• Design and conduct comprehensive user research studies, including surveys, in-depth interviews, field studies, and prototype testing.
• Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams to translate research insights into actionable recommendations for execution.
• Analyze user behavior via server logs, A/B testing, and benchmark studies to optimize online search experiences.
• Partner with data analytics to create coordinated research strategies and triangulate data from various sources.
• Communicate results and opportunities to all levels of management to drive changes in the product and service roadmap.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Market Research, Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, Information Science, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience integrating user research into product and service designs and design practices.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to extract actionable insights from qualitative data.
• Must have US work authorization; sponsorship is not available for this role.

• Strong command of quantitative behavioral analysis and statistics.
• Experience conducting both physical and digital customer research in applied settings.
• Excellent working knowledge of experiment design principles.
• Ability to convey insights through storytelling and compelling presentations.
