Compensation: $175,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end design strategy for the container platform.
• Distill complex developer workflows into elegant, opinionated solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, PMs, and engineers to build consensus.
• Actively integrate AI tools into the design process for prototyping and synthesis.
• Mentor and coach members of the product design team to elevate design practice.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape product direction and growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States
• Proven track record influencing product strategy with research-informed design.
• Deep experience designing for developer tools, platforms, or infrastructure.
• Fluency with prototyping, quick visualizations, and iterative development.
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring product designers.
• Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Familiarity with container technologies or DevOps tooling.
