What you will do

• Monitor and respond to all comments, DMs, mentions, and tags across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Threads.
• Proactively engage with followers and creators to foster community loyalty and maintain an on-brand tone.
• Assist with scheduling, publishing daily content, and writing captions that align with the brand voice.
• Create and edit quick-turnaround social assets (images, gifs, short-form video) using Capcut, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Relay key insights, sentiment shifts, and influencer mentions to internal brand and social teams.
• Maintain content calendars, community tracking documents, and organized social assets.
