Location: 100% Remote (Global). Must be available during Central Standard Time (CST) hours and participate in an on-call rotation.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services for clinical data pipelines and EMR system integrations.
• Process and analyze structured and unstructured patient data to support clinical trial enrollment.
• Collaborate on the architecture of in-house and third-party healthcare systems.
• Participate in a Monday-Friday software engineer on-duty rotation with on-call responsibilities.
• Apply AI and NLP techniques to improve patient-trial matching accuracy.

Requirements

• English: Upper-intermediate to fluent (B2+) required for real-time communication.
• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Python experience.
• 2+ years of full-time experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on HL7/FHIR experience.
• 1+ years of full-time hands-on AI Development experience.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and ability to learn independently.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
