What you will do

• Perform quality control on broadcast equipment within the rentals inventory to ensure proper operation.
• Build and assemble racked systems and equipment packages.
• Configure equipment and systems according to specific client requirements.
• Provide in-person and phone technical support to clients when required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of broadcast equipment and understanding of video/audio standards.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and skills.
• General networking knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
