What you will do

• Partner with qualified external testing laboratories to ensure accurate and timely analytical results for commercialization.
• Develop, qualify, and validate analytical methods for APIs, supplemental ingredients, and peptides.
• Analyze and interpret data to support R&D activities, process validation, and formula optimizations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, test methods, and validation reports.
• Ensure all analytical activities strictly adhere to GLP and GMP regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D formulation, operations, and quality teams to troubleshoot and support product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytical chemistry, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, IR, UV, MS, and dissolution testing.
• Experience testing multi-analyte dosage forms (tablets, gummies, topicals, and sterile injectables).
• Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Must be based in Columbus, OH, with ability to travel to Arizona and partner sites.

Nice to have

• Microbiological experience.
• Experience with compounded pharmaceutical products (sterile & non-sterile).
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital health solutions.
