What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans, including the establishment of de novo centers and managing acquisitions.
• Direct day-to-day operations of multiple nephrology ambulatory surgery centers across Arizona to meet quality and safety goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with CMS, AAAHC, Joint Commission, and Arizona Department of Health Services regulations.
• Manage operational budgets, capital planning, and financial forecasting to improve center profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with nephrologists, vascular surgeons, and dialysis providers.
• Lead and mentor regional administrators, clinical directors, and operational managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multi-site ambulatory or outpatient surgical operations.
• Strong understanding of nephrology services, dialysis access, or vascular access operations.
• Proven expertise in financial and operational management and physician partnership governance.
• Deep knowledge of Arizona healthcare regulations and CMS/JCAHO requirements.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MSN, or related field).
• RN license or a clinical background.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or operational excellence training.
