Salary: $175,000—$215,000 USD

What you will do

• Own the onboard infrastructure used by a 100-person organization to enhance the hirify.global Driver.
• Enable high-efficiency workflows across the full development cycle, from problem identification to regression monitoring.
• Evolve the onboard architecture and develop high-quality interfaces to ensure the codebase scales.
• Establish clear interfaces and development processes for developing and debugging onboard software.

Requirements

• BS in Computer Science, Robotics, or a similar technical field.
• 3+ years of Software Engineering experience with proficiency in C++.
• Expertise in engineering high-performance, reliable systems and interface design.
• Knowledge of robotics and computational geometry for foundational reasoning data structures.
• Must be based in the US (California).

Nice to have

• Experience solving real-world robotics problems in driving or similar domains.
• Strong understanding of operating systems concepts, including memory management, concurrency, and scheduling.
• Experience solving ambiguous problems at the intersection of technology and product.
