What you will do

• Drive the technical vision and target architecture for the agentic marketing platform, spanning data, services, and workflows.
• Design and ship systems that make content machine-readable and preferred by horizontal agents and AI browsers.
• Build 0-to-1 products, including agent-specific indices, CLIs, and agent-observability tools.
• Architect engineering workflows around fleets of autonomous coding agents to amplify output.
• Lead a small engineering squad, setting standards and reviewing designs for AI integration and operational excellence.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data science leaders to align on priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience (or 6+ with a Master's).
• Hands-on experience with AI systems (LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, MCPs).
• Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend language (Java, Kotlin, Go, Python, or Scala).
• Expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, modern CI/CD, and observability tooling.
• Demonstrated skill in designing scalable, high-traffic services and API architecture.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify).

Nice to have

• Experience with MarTech, ad platforms, or growth/optimization stacks.
• Active immersion in the AI ecosystem and relationships with frontier labs or AI startups.
• Familiarity with AI/ML production patterns, evaluation, and safety guardrails.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, pre-playbook environments with rapid iteration.
