What you will do

• Collaborate with organizations to unlock and accelerate organizational potential through human capital solutions.
• Deliver superior, innovative, and transformative solutions using a human-centered methodology.
• Cultivate optimal workplaces that empower the evolving workforce to thrive.
• For Manager-level roles: oversee learning architecture, instructional design methodology, and full-cycle human capital strategy.
• For Manager-level roles: manage projects with executive-level clients and lead onsite and remote project teams.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office (documents, spreadsheets, presentations).
• Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet or MS Project.
• Proficiency with video meeting platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to a collaborative, inclusive work culture.

Nice to have

• Certification in relevant disciplines (e.g., SHRM, HCI, ATD, PMI).
• Experience or training in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in the full cycle of professional services sales and delivery.
