Technical Associate (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors responsible for the technical maturity of assets.
• Review Technical Due Diligence reports and execute macro technical assessment reports.
• Manage the technical maturity process to ensure assets are ready for sale.
• Identify and resolve technical issues regarding the transferability of assets.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure alignment with internal corporate processes.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Surveyor Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in property regularization and issuing building identities/permits.
• Deep knowledge of Greek urban and town planning legislation (specifically laws 4495/2017, 4759/2020, 5142/2024).
• Proficiency with the Greek Technical Chamber’s platform and advanced Excel skills.
• English fluency and strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Knowledge and experience using AutoCAD.
