• Install and commission new shredding equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, including replacing blades, motors, and belts.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools.
• Maintain accurate service logs and repair history documentation.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety protocols and manufacturer standards.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams and train operators on proper machine use.

Требования

• Proven experience with industrial machinery, preferably shredders or similar equipment.
• Technical Diploma or vocational training in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuits.
• Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office.
