What you will do

• Install, commission, and calibrate new shredding equipment according to manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and replace worn parts such as blades, motors, and belts.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, inspections, and parts usage.
• Ensure all repairs and operations comply with manufacturer and safety standards.
• Train machine operators on proper equipment use and minor maintenance.

Requirements

• Proven experience with industrial machinery, preferably shredders or similar equipment.
• Technical Diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.
• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and basic electrical circuits.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Piraeus, Greece.
