What you will do

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate multiple construction teams and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules, tracking progress against key milestones.
• Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations and internal Quality Assurance standards.
• Monitor project budgets and support cost control and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with the engineering department to align construction with technical requirements.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders and prepare comprehensive site reports and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction execution, preferably in heavy industry (powerplants, refineries).
• Proven track record in handling large-scale structures, heavy lifting, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Expertise in applying HSE principles and safety protocols on complex work sites.

Nice to have

• Postgraduate certifications in project management or construction safety.
• Experience in commissioning and decommissioning.
• Knowledge of Italian.
• Familiarity with MS Project or other project planning tools.
