What you will do

• Lead day-to-day production and workshop operations for prototype and low-rate UAV manufacturing.
• Build and manage a small, highly capable production team supporting engineering and testing.
• Establish efficient assembly, integration, and testing workflows adapted to fast development cycles.
• Coordinate production planning for small manufacturing lots used in demos and operational trials.
• Implement pragmatic manufacturing processes, documentation standards, and quality controls.
• Contribute to design-for-manufacturing feedback loops to improve system reliability and assembly efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace, defence, robotics, or high-tech hardware manufacturing.
• Previous experience leading production, assembly, or prototyping teams.
• Strong hands-on understanding of manufacturing and system integration processes.
• Practical knowledge of quality management standards such as AS9100 or ISO9001.
• Fluent English required; Greek language skills are a plus.
• Ability to balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution on the shop floor.

• Experience working with electromechanical assemblies, UAV systems, or robotics platforms.
