What you will do

• Develop creative concepts and technical briefs for video ads across various channels.
• Analyze advertising campaign performance using key metrics (CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, ROAS).
• Continuously research competitors, market trends, and target audience to adapt hypotheses for UA creatives.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers, Producers, and UA Managers to achieve key performance indicators.
• Interpret key business indicators to make informed conclusions regarding product performance.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience in the gamedev industry for at least 2 years.
• Strong project management and advanced communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with analytics and the ability to analyze statistical data, articulate risks, and set priorities.
• Understanding of playable experience.
