Creative Producer (GameDev)

hirify.global is a GameDev company specializing in puzzle games, with products exceeding 200 million downloads and a leading project, Solitaire Associations.

What you will do

• Develop concepts and write technical briefs for creative videos across various channels.
• Generate, test, and adapt hypotheses for user acquisition creatives while studying the target audience.
• Analyze product performance and advertising campaigns using CTR, IR, IPM, CPI, and ROAS.
• Research competitors and track market visual trends using Sensor Tower and App Annie.
• Identify and scale effective creative strategies based on performance data.
• Collaborate with Motion Designers, Producers, and UA Managers to achieve KPIs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in similar positions in the GameDev industry.
• Project management skills and advanced communication abilities.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills in a rapidly changing environment.
• Experience with analytics and statistical data analysis.
• Playable experience.
• Ability to articulate risks and set priorities correctly.

Nice to have

• Experience with major paid social traffic sources and advertising networks.
