What you will do
- Support the data migration team during customer implementations to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Prepare, format, and validate customer data using Excel, in-house tools, and AI.
- Collaborate with implementation and R&D teams to resolve data-related blockers.
- Perform data checks, reconciliations, and quality assurance reviews to ensure data integrity.
- Run and document test migrations to verify accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
- Document processes, data mappings, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in data or file migration, data analysis, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in South Jordan, UT.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across large datasets.
- Ability to use AI to work more efficiently and collaboratively.
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL for writing or optimizing queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments or data migration tools.
- Background working with accounting or financial data.
- Prior experience supporting software implementations or client onboarding.

Hiring process
- Initial application review and 20-minute phone call with the People Team.
- 45-60 minute video or in-person interview with the Hiring Manager.
