What you will do

• Provide technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance for the hirify.global Falcon platform and associated applications.
• Assist customers in operationalizing Falcon modules and integrating the platform into existing IT toolsets.
• Engineer native and 3rd party software deployment technologies to ensure successful platform rollout.
• Develop custom scripting and application solutions leveraging Falcon APIs.
• Collaborate with Incident Response and Compromise Assessment teams to deploy Falcon Forensics Collectors.
• Develop customer-facing collateral in coordination with the Platform Professional Services team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 years of experience performing IT deployments or working in end-user/customer environments.
• Proficiency with Windows, Mac, and Linux platforms.
• Basic understanding of software deployment technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Endpoint Security (Falcon platform, AV, or EDR solutions).
• Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or Batch.
• Knowledge of deployment tools like SCCM, Group Policy, Puppet, Chef, or IBM BigFix.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with SIEM, Splunk, LogScale, or Identity management (Active Directory, Azure-AD).
