What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor providing technical expertise through sales presentations, solution designs, and Proof of Concepts.
• Design differentiating technical solutions that solve customer business problems and articulate their value against competitors.
• Develop and maintain high-level technical knowledge of the hirify.global product set and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales teams to manage Technical Account Plans and qualify technical opportunities.
• Own and assist with Change Request (CR) and Customer Special Request (CSR) cases.
• Partner with technical support and customers to resolve critical post-sales issues.

Requirements

• TS or TS/SCI security clearance is required.
• 8+ years of industry experience in high-tech environments.
• 5+ years of pre-sales experience.
• Strong system administration skills with UNIX or Microsoft.
• Deep understanding of LAN/WAN networking, including Layer 4-7, firewalls, and DDoS protection.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Application Delivery Control (ADC), WAF, LTM, DNS, and AFM.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Ansible, Terraform).
• Familiarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD methodologies.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Javascript, or Node.js.
• TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance.
