Location: Preferred to be based in Washington, DC; hybrid model (3 days in office), remote work may be considered. Travel to and working from customer sites is required.

Salary: $293,000 – $385,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Embed with strategic public sector customers to implement and maintain robust security controls.
• Act as a technical thought partner for protective controls, including access controls, authentication, encryption, and network security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and service providers to achieve security and compliance goals.
• Ensure continuity of critical security and monitoring controls through routine assessments and threat monitoring.

Requirements

• Active US security clearance.
• 5+ years of security engineering experience in infrastructure, application, network, and datacenter security.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and infrastructure primitives (Kubernetes, Terraform).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or similar.
• Comprehensive knowledge of modern adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
