What you will do
- Lead the integration, fielding, and deployment of cyber products within customer environments.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
- Develop comprehensive user manuals and integration guides.
- Coordinate and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development teams.
- Conduct customer training on product usage and functionality.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret government security clearance are required.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and experience with software deployment/system integration.
- Proficiency in system administration for Linux and/or Windows operating systems.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites up to 50% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing interactions.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) customers and knowledge of RMF or Cyber Resiliency standards.
- Ability to read C/C++ code and use Bash/Batch scripting for automation.
- Knowledge of OS internals, TPM, and Secure Boot technologies.
- Experience with virtualization technologies like QEMU, KVM, or VMWare.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow.
