TL;DR
Director, SAT Suite Program Success Enablement (Edtech): Leading the strategy and execution of program and policy updates for state and district customers with an accent on go-to-market (GTM) launches and field readiness. Location: Remote (USA). Candidates near offices may choose a hybrid model (Tuesday and Wednesday in office).
Salary: $80,000 - $130,000

What you will do
- Own end-to-end enablement for SAT Suite launches, feature updates, and policy changes to ensure field team readiness.
- Translate complex product and policy shifts into strategies that drive consistent messaging and stronger partner decision-making.
- Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, CRA, and field Operations to improve partner understanding and adoption.
- Develop and manage systems for the rapid, coordinated rollout of updates to minimize disruption and maximize clarity.
- Analyze data and field feedback to assess enablement impact and drive behavioral changes in how teams support the SAT Suite.
- Influence GTM strategy by elevating field insights and ensuring enablement decisions are grounded in partner needs.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in K–12 education strategy, GTM enablement, partner success, or program communications.
- Authorization to work in the United States for any employer.
- Proven ability to translate complex program or policy changes into clear, actionable messaging for partner-facing teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive-level communication skills.
- Willingness to travel 6+ times per year for internal forums, conferences, and customer events.
- Demonstrated commitment to educational equity and improving student outcomes.
Nice to have
- 10–12+ years of leadership in enablement or GTM strategy within edtech or large-scale product ecosystems.
- Expertise in messaging strategy, enablement systems, instructional/assessment knowledge, or data analysis.
