What you will do

• Provide overall task order leadership for ESI.mil website sustainment, modernization, and cybersecurity activities.
• Serve as the principal point of contact for Government stakeholders, including COR and TPOC.
• Lead agile programs, managing the product backlog, roadmap tracking, and bi-weekly work planning sessions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary resources across UX sustainment, software development, testing, and release management.
• Oversee the quality and timely submission of CDRLs, project management plans, and cybersecurity documentation.
• Identify and mitigate project risks affecting cost, schedule, and mission outcomes.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing complex Federal IT, software development, or application modernization projects.
• Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in agile, cybersecurity, and operations environments.
• Experience managing Government deliverables, CDRLs, and technical reports.
• Familiarity with secure software development, Section 508 accessibility, and Federal IT operating environments.
• Must have eligibility to work on US Government (DoD) contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience supporting Navy, DoD, NIWC, NAVWAR, or SeaPort NxG task orders.
• Familiarity with CMMI Level 3, ISO 9001, ISO 20000, or ISO 27001 standards.
• Knowledge of RMF, ATO, STIG, CUI, and NIST SP 800-171 requirements.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Microsoft Visual Studio Online.
