What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of client-facing IT integration projects from kickoff through deployment.
• Develop and manage integrated, dependency-driven project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Proactively identify project risks and drive mitigation actions to maintain schedule and scope alignment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and influence outcomes across Client Services, Product, and Technology.
• Lead decision-oriented stakeholder forums and translate complex delivery details into executive-ready narratives.
• Coach and mentor junior project managers to foster professional growth and team accountability.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of customer-facing project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the USA.
• Expertise in managing large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and systems integration.
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and project management tools like Jira, Workfront, or Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency in various project management methodologies including Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience managing projects within a software development company.
