Location: Must be based in the US (specifically Maryland, Virginia, or Washington DC) and must remain living in the US while in this role.
Salary: $151,000 — $207,900 USD OTE

What you will do
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with federal agencies to ensure retention and significant return on investment.
- Create and implement proactive customer success plans and Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) to accelerate growth.
- Act as a strategic liaison between customers and internal Sales, Support, Engineering, and Product Management teams.
- Identify renewal risks and collaborate with internal teams to remediate and spot expansion opportunities.
- Guide customers through the adoption of new products and features to transition into the agentic AI era.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting managing large, complex federal agencies.
- US Citizenship required; must be eligible to obtain government clearance.
- Must be a U.S. Person and remain resident in the United States.
- Deep understanding of government regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging with C-level executives and agency leaders.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
