What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of strategic, launch readiness, and marketing operational plans to achieve financial objectives.
• Produce promotional and educational materials, key selling messages, and manage tactical initiatives.
• Analyze customer insights, market trends, and competitive responses to optimize strategic planning.
• Develop annual and long-range sales, supply, and expense forecasts while managing commercial spend.
• Coordinate with the field force and Thought Leaders to implement account management plans.
• Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain teams to minimize supply concerns and improve customer experience.

Requirements

• Location: Based in Melbourne (Hybrid)
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or Science.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully launching specialized PBS products into the market.
• Experience working with highly specialized pharmaceutical products and engaging healthcare specialists.
• Proficiency in the Medicines Australia code.

Nice to have

• Established relationships or working knowledge of the Hepatologist Medical Community.
• Working knowledge of the Hepatology marketplace.
• Experience in developing strategic and operational plans.
