What you will do

• Define the vision and roadmap for Surface Management capabilities within the MineStar platform.
• Translate complex customer problems into clear, outcome-driven solution definitions.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX, and Data to ensure end-to-end delivery.
• Drive development prioritization based on economic impact, strategic fit, and customer value.
• Act as the single point of accountability for the solution domain across global stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements in material tracking accuracy and production visibility.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in Australia without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite in Brisbane five days a week.
• Proven track record in product management, solution management, or system-level leadership.
• Experience in mining, resource industries, or similar complex digital solution environments.
• Strong problem framing and outcome-based thinking capabilities.
• Ability to influence and align diverse engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of fleet management or production systems.
• Experience with geospatial, terrain, or surface modelling technologies.
• Knowledge of autonomous or semi-autonomous mining systems.
