What you will do

• Own and drive product initiatives to improve acquisition, activation, and retention across Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Singapore.
• Identify customer friction points by analyzing data and conducting direct customer research.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to ship and iterate on product features.
• Lead the product discovery process and translate local market insights into clear product requirements.
• Run lean, structured experiments to validate ideas and scale successful growth outcomes.
• Act as the voice of APAC customers within global product discussions and align regional priorities with global delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management, growth, or similar roles within B2C or fintech environments.
• Proven track record of improving conversion, activation, or retention through product-led initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability and confidence in using data to drive decision-making.
• Experience in running discovery processes such as Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) and unmet needs mapping.
• Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organization and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Hands-on, scrappy approach with the ability to operate in fast-moving environments.
