What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust ML and analytical solutions.
• Design and implement Decision Engine workflows to support Next Best Action (NBA) recommendations in omnichannel strategies.
• Analyze complex datasets across sources including sales, CRM, patient claims, and market share data.
• Develop and maintain predictive models for use cases such as sales forecasting, risk scoring, and marketing mix modeling.
• Implement MLOps pipelines using Dataiku, Git, and AWS to support scalable and repeatable model deployment.
• Lead and mentor junior analysts in coding best practices, feature engineering, and cloud-based workflows.

Requirements

• Around 3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics and ML modeling.
• Proven experience developing and deploying predictive models and ML pipelines in real-world settings.
• Proficiency in PySpark, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Dataiku, and AWS.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical data assets such as APLD, DDD, NBRx, and CRM.
• Proficiency in ML algorithms including XGBoost, Random Forest, SVM, and NLP.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
