What you will do

• Partner with Product and Business teams to translate needs into data science solutions and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement ML models and GenAI products to optimize marketing and product strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Data & AI and Technology teams to ensure seamless integration of initiatives.
• Explore and implement cutting-edge methods and trends in Data Science and AI.
• Communicate technical insights and recommendations to management and business stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end data product lifecycle from business exploration to model monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Econometrics.
• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in Polish and English.
• Excellent knowledge of ML solutions such as clustering, recommender systems, regression, and classification.
• Proficiency in Python 3 and libraries including Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, Scikit-learn, and TF/Pytorch.
• Experience with PySpark, relational databases, and cloud solutions (e.g., Databricks, Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake).

Nice to have

• Experience leveraging CI/CD pipelines in data-based products.
• Experience with data pipeline frameworks, preferably Kedro.
• Knowledge of CLI tools such as bash/zsh.
