Test Automation Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Create high- and low-level test designs for secure platforms.
• Write and execute automated test scripts and improve delivery automation techniques.
• Support existing systems and maintain compatibility with external developments.
• Provide delivery assurance for on-time, high-quality releases, including integration, acceptance, and customer sign-off.
• Gather information and present findings to stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor more junior team members.

Requirements

• Already hold DV-level security clearance.
• Experience writing and executing automated test scripts, including defect management and test case creation.
• Experience with Robot Framework, Selenium, Postman, Jenkins, and dedicated test management tools such as HP ALM, TestRail, or X-Ray.
• Experience with PowerShell, Bash, Python, or Java scripting.
• Knowledge of Waterfall/V-model, agile, lean, or incremental software methodologies.
• Understanding of databases and SQL, plus networking fundamentals including TCP/UDP, TLS, HTTP, and DNS.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of big data technologies and tools such as Elasticsearch or SIEM.
• Degree-level qualification with technical engineering experience or significant technical delivery experience.
