Salary: $190,000 – $215,000 base plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Own and evolve the technical strategy for Security Operations and Enablement (SO&E).
- Translate operational pain points from SOC and Support Managers into scoped technical requirements and buildable solutions.
- Develop workflow automations, API integrations, and internal tooling to reduce operational toil.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboard infrastructure to provide meaningful visibility into security performance.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies to keep the team tool-agnostic and avoid unnecessary dependency.
- Establish and document technical standards across the build lifecycle to support long-term scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building workflow automations, internal tooling, or operational infrastructure in complex technical environments.
- Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages with a focus on clean, maintainable code.
- Experience building and maintaining API integrations to connect disparate systems.
- Familiarity with security operations tooling, including SIEMs, ticketing systems, and alerting platforms.
- Ability to create operational dashboards and reporting without relying on a dedicated BI team.
- Must be based in the United States.
