HR Technology Product Manager (LMS/HRTech): Developing and enhancing the Learning Management System (LMS) ecosystem and analytics products with an accent on strategic product planning and hands-on solution building. Focus on implementing learning transformation strategies through AI, GenAI, and automation to optimize talent development and retention.

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Cornerstone LMS system to support internal HR and operations teams.
- Lead quarterly agile planning and manage sprint operating rhythms in partnership with development teams.
- Execute a feature roadmap to improve LMS business processes, employee usability, and process cycle time.
- Conduct system analysis on workflows, create prototypes and wireframes, and coordinate technology integrations.
- Develop learning transformation strategies incorporating digital innovations like AI, GenAI, and automation.
- Analyze LMS data to drive business decisions and iterate on technology product performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, LMS systems manager, or HRIS specialist.
- Minimum of 3 years of deep, hands-on experience specifically within the Cornerstone ecosystem.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a proven ability to leverage HR data for decision-making.
- Expertise in Agile software development methodology and the system development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, refugee, or granted asylum.
- Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills for communicating with diverse stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Certification or specialized training in LMS technology systems.
- Experience conducting system assessments and RFPs (make vs. buy assessments).
- Background in HR operations or HR analytics.
