What you will do

• Design and build Java-based services and SFMC integrations to power campaign execution and personalization.
• Develop scalable APIs and data pipelines for customer data activation across enterprise systems.
• Improve system stability and maintainability through code reviews and modern integration patterns.
• Implement and expand CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment and build processes.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on foundational skills and domain expertise.
• Participate in the technical recruitment process and interview panels to build team talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in engineering environments delivering detailed software plans.
• Expertise in Java or other object-oriented services (e.g., Apex, C#).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, version control, and system design concepts for security and stability.
• Expertise in debugging complex log files and performing complex database queries.
