What you will do

• Monitor project financial performance, including costs, profitability, and billing.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure proper onboarding and integration of new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product development.
• 3+ years of experience in the automotive or engineering industry.
• Proven experience managing technical and financial projects.
• Experience leading and managing teams.
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Postgraduate degree or certification in Project Management.
• German (desirable)
