What you will do

• Contribute to the strategy and growth plan for the Iberia Retail and B2B businesses.
• Optimize Logistics KPIs, focusing on operational performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support new projects and processes through analytical and project-oriented tasks in the logistics field.
• Create scalable improvements to increase profitability and operational efficiency.
• Report directly to the Head of Logistics Iberia.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Strategic Business Development.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to KPI analysis and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building structured reports and tracking tools.
• English: C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and/or Python.
• Portuguese language proficiency at B2 level.
