What you will do

• Perform analytical testing on raw agricultural materials and finished goods using standardized lab equipment and chemical/physical methods.
• Prepare, log, and systematically process incoming samples for comprehensive quality testing.
• Calibrate, monitor, and maintain delicate laboratory instruments to guarantee data accuracy.
• Document and track all analytical test results within the corporate Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Promptly communicate non-conformances and quality concerns to production leads and shift supervisors.
• Enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and strict food safety protocols within the facility.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Camp Hill, PA.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams) and basic PC navigation skills.
• Strong written legibility and excellent verbal communication habits.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize samples in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs of raw material samples.
• Analytical laboratory or manufacturing quality control experience is preferred but not mandatory.
